Faerie Card Reading for the Week of Feb 24 – Mar 2, 2014

Card: 11 Strength – Archangel Ariel – from the Angel Tarot Cards by Doreen Virtue and Radleigh Valentine.

Message from Erin: To be honest, I had picked another card before this one and I looked at it and went: UGH!!! REALLY? Can’t I pick another card? The Faeries said it was ok to pick another and then I picked this one and sighed, haha. The first card I picked was the Three of Air, which is honestly my least favourite card  to pick. It’s the same as the Three of Swords, which is a “conflict card”. In this particular deck the imagery is three unicorns- two parents and baby- huddled together, and they look very sad. It’s a card about sadness. The second card, as you can see, is the card of Strength.

Message from The Faeries: Imagine yourself to be like Archangel Ariel in this card. She is the embodiment of Strength. This is not a harsh strength – this is a kind, compassionate and loving strength. In one moment she is ready to battle and fight for what she believes to be true and just, and the next moment she is ready to forgive and show compassion towards those who have crossed her.

Gentle Strength. There is no need to be harsh and abrasive. There is no need to put up a gigantic shield to protect yourself. You have everything you need within you to cope with whatever challenges you are facing at this time. Go easy on others. If they do something that upsets you, forgive them, forgive yourself and move on. Nothing is personal – not ever. You are doing your thing and they are doing theirs. Just focus on you.

Be loving and compassionate to yourself – diligently. Be a warrior for yourself and stand up for your self and your own needs. Most importantly – love yourself – fearlessly and fiercely.

If you feel like you don’t have enough strength to get through this week, call upon us or the angels and we will assist you with all that you need. Don’t ever hesitate to ask. We are here for you always, no matter what.

We love you,

The Faeries (and Erin)
