Faerie Card Reading for the Week of January 30 – February 5, 2017

Card: Love Life – from the Magical Messages from the Fairies Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue. 

Note from Erin: This card is an interesting departure from the last few readings. It’s also a welcome break from this week’s worldly events. I don’t know about you, but today I have reached a hard limit for what I can handle news wise. I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed at the moment. I’m happy the card for this week is focusing on something fun – love!  I’m very curious as to what the faeries have to say…

Message from the Faeries: If you’ve looking for some sort of sign about your romantic life, then look no further. This is the message you’ve been waiting for. If you are currently in a relationship, then this card is a sign to let you know that everything is going to work exactly the way it is divinely meant to. If you have been waiting to meet that special someone, this card is a sign to let you know to hang in there and keep doing what you are doing – all your hard work is going to pay off soon. 

This card isn’t just about romance, though. This card is about your Love Life, or rather Your Life of Love, or Your Love of Life. 

Right now, are you focusing on Love? What are you giving all your attention to? Is your focus inward or outward? If you are spending a lot of time on things that aren’t helping generate a feelings of love and joy, and you are feeling afraid or down, we suggest that you try to spend more time doing things that help you feel loved or feel love towards others. Whatever it is you need to do to be in that place of love. 

If you feel that you need to keep vigilant about world events, then we implore you to learn to watch and observe the news with a bit of detachment. You have no control over the actions of others, but you do have a say over how you will react and respond. If you are unable to keep your fear levels at bay, then we urge you to spend way less time on social media and to limit your news browsing. The “news” isn’t going to get any better anytime soon. 

Instead of focusing so much on the world stage drama, try focusing more on the day to day goings on in life. Are you being actively engaged with friends, family and coworkers? How can you be of service as an Agent of Love? What are you doing to make yourself and others feel safe and loved? Isn’t love so important? Isn’t it just the greatest thing?
